Anthony Accardo is the Director, R&D for Disney ABC Television Group and also oversees the Metadata and Taxonomy group. He began his career at Disney in 2010 at Disney Research, the corporate R&D arm. In July 2012, he began an applied R&D group for Vince Roberts, CTO of Disney ABC Television Group, to help evaluate new technologies and execute proof of concepts. Prior to Disney, he worked in strategy and finance for American Airlines. Anthony has a BS in Philosophy and BBA in Finance from Southern Methodist University, and a MBA from Harvard Business School.

Jason Lambert is Executive Director of Content Licensing and Metadata Services at Sony Pictures Entertainment. In his role, he is responsible for business development, content acquisition, and operations for the studio’s film clip, still image, and stock footage licensing business. In addition, he leads the in-house metadata services team charged with creating Sony Pictures’ time-based metadata repository. This repository of metadata and digital assets is utilized by stakeholders throughout the studio to identify licensable, memorable, and/or marketable moments from within SPE’s full length feature catalog. The repository also supports compliance activities related to film clip use and helps power enhanced consumer experiences for SPE’s home entertainment and digital streaming services.

Nina joined Warner Bros. in 2000 working on one of the company’s largest DAM initiatives, the Media Asset Retrieval System, for the Pictures International Group. Working for several different divisions, Nina has enjoyed success at transitioning groups from traditional mediums to digital mediums, data management, inventory process improvements and setting up logical hierarchical models for increased productivity in workflows. Prior to Warner Bros., Nina enjoyed creative careers in Advertising, Art Direction and physical asset archiving which now helps to bridge the gap between the needs of Marketing and Technical Operations.
